Because Not Every Scene Hits the First Take

At Dune Drift we understand that not every costume fits the character on the first try. Maybe the sleeves were too futuristic. Maybe the vibe didn’t match your moodboard. That’s okay — even great films need a few retakes.

Here’s how to return or exchange your piece without breaking the fourth wall.


🎬 Return Window: The 14-Day Rule

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
After that, the scene wraps and the costume department moves on to the next act.


🧥 Conditions for Return: Keep It Reel

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn (no signs of intergalactic travel or dystopian distress)

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Returns that arrive with signs of wear, damage, or makeup stains will be sent back to you — like a blooper we can't include in the final cut.


🔁 How to Return (The Script)

  1. Email us at dunedust82@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the next steps.

  3. Pack your item securely — cinematic drama, not packaging drama.

  4. Ship it back to the address we provide.

Note: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


🎟️ Exchanges: Costume Swap

If you need a different size or want to exchange your item, just let us know in your return email. We’ll process the swap if the new item is in stock — think of it as a wardrobe change between scenes.


💳 Refunds: The Credits Roll

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Expect to see the funds within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end (e.g., wrong item, defective garment, delivery to the wrong galaxy).


🧾 Non-Returnable Items (Cut from the Final Edit)

The following items can’t be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final Sale items

  • Items marked “Archive Only” or “Prop Room”
    These are permanent relics from past collections — treasures meant to stay in the vault.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Order?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or dramatically wrong — we’re on it.

📧 Email dunedust82@gmail.com  within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description (no need for dramatic monologues)

We’ll replace or refund your item ASAP, no cliffhangers.
